When will Iris and Trace ship?
The shipping window will be announced before orders leave production. Pre-order customers receive updates first as supplier timing is confirmed.
Can I refund my pre-order?
Yes. Hardware pre-orders are fully refundable any time before your order ships.
What is Student Pro?
Student Pro is the iBacalao subscription layer for scoring, planning, and draft feedback. Iris includes Student Pro access; the standalone Student Pro card sends you to the full plan picker.
Are the wearable integrations already live?
The web feedback tools exist today. Direct Iris and Trace capture-to-feedback workflows are planned integrations and will roll out after the hardware flow is ready.
Which one should I choose?
Choose Iris if you need visual classroom evidence like board notes, sources, and experiments. Choose Trace if your main problem is losing spoken feedback, study thoughts, or reflection ideas.
